All subscriptions include initial installation, maintenance and updates as well as hosting of your web shop at no additional cost. Setting up and testing the shop is free of charge. You only pay for the subscription once you start selling.

Do I need a credit card to register?
No. Setting up an OIDO online shop is free of charge. As long as you are trying out OIDO and preparing it for use, there are no costs. An OIDO subscription is required to use the blog, product photos and activate the order and payment function for the start of sales.
Can I easily cancel OIDO?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can easily cancel at the end of the booking period on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation will pause your account. Your settings and product catalogue will remain intact. This allows you to use OIDO seasonally as needed.
Does OIDO charge a commission per sale?
No. OIDO does not charge any sales-based fees per transaction. OIDO provides the continuously maintained online software at a fair monthly or annual price based on the amount of data used.
Do I have to pay extra for hosting?
No. Hosting your shop is included in your subscription. There are no additional costs. This allows us to guarantee maximum data security and speed. You don't have to worry about renting servers and managing them.
Are there credit card fees?
Yes. All payments are processed via the payment service provider STRIPE.

The transaction fees cover the entire payment processing process, from credit card payment to the bundled transfer of sales to your business account. Stripe is a globally recognised payment service provider that is subject to European data protection regulations and has the necessary licences for electronic money. Can I simply carry over unused transactions to the next month's data volume?
No. Unused data volume cannot be carried over and expires at the end of the month.
